A head office is one login that sits over all your outlets. Each branch keeps its own login, menu, orders and plan. The head office shows today's sales for every branch, all their orders, analytics, settlements and bills in one place, and opens any branch's dashboard in one press.

Get started
Step 1: Create the head office
From your first outlet's account menu, press Add new branch and set up a head office. See Create a head office.
Step 2: Add more branches
From the head office, create a new branch or link an outlet you already run. See Add or link a branch.
Step 3: Run them from one place
Use the head office dashboard to watch every branch, and open a branch when you need to change something.
Good to knowA new branch copies the country, currency, time zone, logo and colours of your first outlet. Creating a head office does not change any outlet's customer link. If you want one page where customers choose between your outlets, see Brand page and outlet picker.
Questions
Can I turn my existing outlets into one head office?
Yes. Create the head office from one outlet, then use Link a branch I already have for the others. Each is confirmed with a code sent to that outlet's login email.
Does each branch need its own plan?
Yes. Each branch has its own plan and bills. The head office's Billing screen lists them all. See Plans compared.
Can an outlet leave the head office?
Yes. A head office can remove an outlet, and an outlet can leave from its own account menu. The outlet keeps working on its own, with its orders, menu and plan unchanged.
Is head office available on the older dashboard?
No. It works with the new dashboard only. Outlets that belong to a brand set up by Menuthere are converted by our team. Message us and we will set up your head office.
