Open or close your store (accepting orders)
The Open or Closed button in the dashboard header shows what your customers see right now. Your press wins over your working hours: close any time and choose until when, or open outside your hours until midnight or until you close it. Your menu stays visible to customers.

Close and reopen the store
Step 1: Press the button in the header
It reads Open with a green dot while customers can order. Press it to close. On a phone it shows as a dot and a word.
Step 2: Choose how long to close
Close your store asks: Until I open it again keeps the store closed until you press it again. Until the next opening time shows that time, for example tomorrow at 9:00 AM, and opens the store by itself then. Press Close store.
Step 3: Check the closed strip
While you are closed, an amber strip sits under the header. If you chose the next opening time, it says when the store opens by itself.
Step 4: Reopen when you're ready
Press Reopen store in the strip, or press the button again. Inside your working hours the store opens straight away. Outside them, Open your store asks: Until midnight (your working hours apply again from tomorrow) or Until I close it (stays open, even outside your working hours). Press Open store.
What the button shows
Your working hours open and close the store on their own. When you press the button, your choice wins over the hours until the time you picked. The button always shows what customers see.
