On Free, once the 50 orders for the month are used, your menu turns view-only until the count resets on the 1st — upgrade to keep taking orders straight away. Walk-in sales you ring up on the POS and cancelled orders don't count. If a paid plan's invoice isn't paid a day after its due date, your dashboard is locked until you pay — your menu keeps taking orders, nothing is deleted, and paying unlocks it straight away. Paid plans have no order cap, subject to fair use. Connecting a payment gateway or POS we already support costs nothing extra: your own Stripe, Razorpay or Easebuzz account from Lite, and Cashfree or Petpooja set up for you on Pro. A setup fee applies only to a custom payment gateway, or a gateway or POS we don't support yet. Payment gateways we support today: Stripe outside India, and Cashfree, Razorpay, Easebuzz and ICICI OrangePG in India; Petpooja for POS; Shiprocket and Adloggs for delivery. Downgrading never deletes anything — your orders and customers are kept, and the features above your new plan are simply hidden until you come back.
