Logo and banners

Step 1: Upload the logo

Open Settings → Appearance → Logo and banners. In the Logo card press Upload. A square image works best. After uploading, the button reads Change and an Edit button lets you crop it.

Step 2: Set its size and background

Use the Size slider (50% to 500%, 100% by default) so the logo fills its tile. Under Background, press Pick a colour to set the tile colour behind a transparent logo, and Clear to remove it.

Step 3: Save

Logo changes are applied when you press Save changes (Save on a phone). The message after uploading reads Logo updated — press Save to apply.

Step 1: Add a banner

In the Banner carousel card, press Add banner and choose a wide landscape image — 16:9 works best, so 1920 × 1080. On Lite and up you can choose a short video instead. The counter beside the card title shows how many you have, out of 5.

Step 2: Trim a video before it uploads (Lite and up)

Choosing a video opens a trimming window. Your video can be any length — you choose up to 15 seconds of it, and the window slides to whichever part you drag it to. Pick a quality (High, Medium, Low or Very Low) and press the button to process it. The finished video must come out under 5 MB; the window tells you what it came to. It then uploads with a still frame taken from it, which customers see while it loads.

Step 3: Edit or remove a banner

Each banner has a pencil to edit and a bin to remove. Removing asks you to confirm and the banner stops showing straight away. A GIF or video banner has no pencil.
