A branded app is your own customer app under your restaurant's name and icon, on the Play Store and App Store, with order status pushed to your customers' phones. It is part of the Branded App plan, $99 a month, and everything in Pro runs behind it. You start by pressing Contact us.

What Branded App includes
- Your own customer app for Android and iOS, under your restaurant's name and icon, published on the Play Store and App Store.
- Order updates pushed to your customers' phones.
- Everything in Pro running behind it: WhatsApp on your own number, loyalty, your own riders, several outlets.
- Extra outlets at $39 a month each and priority support, the same as Pro.
How to get one
Step 1: Contact Menuthere
On the pricing page, press Contact us on the Branded App plan. It opens an email with blanks for your name, phone, business name, number of outlets and what you are looking for. In the dashboard, Contact us on the Branded App card in Billing → Upgrade opens a WhatsApp message to Menuthere instead.
Step 2: Menuthere builds your app
Branded App is $99 a month, with no free trial. Menuthere sets the plan up with you, then builds your app and publishes it on the Play Store and App Store.
Step 3: Message your app users
Once your app has users, send them notifications from Sales channel → App → App notification. See Push notifications to your app users.
