Customer reviews
After an order is completed, customers can rate it from one to five stars with a comment and photos. Reviews collects every rating with your average score and lets you open any review to see the order behind it.

Read your reviews
Step 1: Open Reviews
Go to Customers → Reviews. The top card shows your average out of 5, the number of reviews all time, a bar for each star rating, how many have a comment and how many came in the last 30 days.
Step 2: Filter the list
Choose All, 5 stars, 4 stars & below or With comment. On a phone these sit behind one Filter button.
Step 3: Open a review
Each row shows the customer, the stars, the comment or No comment left, up to three photo thumbnails, the order number and the date. Press View. The page shows the comment, the photos, the order details and This customer: Reviews left, Average given and email. Call and WhatsApp buttons are at the top.
How customers leave a review
- When an order is Completed, the customer's order page shows a Rate your order button.
- They pick 1 to 5 stars, can add a comment of 5 to 250 characters and up to 5 photos, and press Submit Review.
- A WhatsApp message you build can carry a link to the same review for that order. See Build a flow.
- You are notified when a review comes in.

Turn reviews off
Step 1: Switch off Ask customers for reviews
Go to Customers → Reviews and turn off Ask customers for reviews at the top of the page. It saves straight away.
- Your menu stops asking for reviews: no Add a review on order cards, no Rate your order on the order page, no Add Review in the customer's orders.
- Your menu stops showing reviews: the reviews section on the home page and the star button that asks customers to rate you are hidden.
- Reviews already left stay on this page. Turn the switch back on to ask again.
- A review link you put in a WhatsApp message still works. Take it out of the message to stop it.
