1. Overview
Malabar Days Restaurant Salmiya offers takeaway and (where available) delivery for orders placed through our website. This policy outlines our delivery and pickup practices.
2. Service Areas
Delivery is available within select areas around our operating location. Serviceability for your address will be confirmed at the time of checkout. If your address falls outside our delivery range, you may still place an order for takeaway.
3. Delivery Time
We prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most delivery orders are delivered within 30 to 60 minutes of the order being confirmed, depending on the preparation time of the items you order and your distance from our location. The estimated time is displayed at checkout and may vary based on factors such as order volume, distance, weather, and traffic conditions. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated window, delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.
As all items are freshly prepared food, we strongly recommend that your order be consumed within 2 hours of delivery for the best taste, quality, and food safety. Malabar Days Restaurant Salmiya is not responsible for the quality or safety of food consumed beyond this period.
