⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience at Big Fat Roll. The cafe is not clean at all. The tables and chairs were sticky and dirty, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. I ordered peri-peri loaded fries, but the taste was terrible. It was overloaded with peri-peri masala and not balanced at all. The food was so bad that we couldn’t even finish it and had to leave it. Another serious issue is the pricing. The amount shown on the menu was different from the amount on the bill, which feels like a scam. Also, there was no free drinking water available, even in this hot weather. The only option was to buy a water bottle, and even that was warm. Overall, the place is poorly maintained, unhygienic, and the food quality is bad. Definitely not recommended.

The packaging was clean and sturdy, ideal for takeaway or delivery. As for the addon nachos, I found them underwhelming. The texture and flavor didn’t quite match up to the quality of the rolls, and I personally wouldn’t recommend them.
I Happened to Drop by and take a quick parcel 30 mins back from now. The waiter asked me for my order and I ordered a big fat supreme roll. He looked puzzled and initially said it might take 20 mins, more like a bid to shoo me off. I said I had no problem in waiting. He looked dejected. He immediately brings the QR for payment without even giving me my order, I asked him to wait till I recieve my order. To my surprise I got my order within 4-5 minutes. I wondered where did the 20 minute part went to. I didn't stop to check or ask. I reached home within 5 minutes and to my surprise, the roll was cold, more like it was made atleast an hour ago. Tasted very bad and rediculous service. Won't recommend to anyone

All together it was loaded to perfection and would go back for these loaded fries again and again Ps: It was little spicy and if you order large fries, 2 people can easily have it.
I have ordered a Turkish Chicken burger and this is what I have received! The same thing When I had ordered 2 days ago, it was great, that’s the reason I have ordered again and I’m very dissatisfied with this!! See the way the bun is being sliced, and the quantity of the chicken is also very bad comparing to my previous order! Kindly maintain the quality of your food and service!!
